Hoi Ngai Loon & Ngai Ching

Malaysian-born Ngai Loon has a master degree and worked as a supervisory executive. A salary cut in 2005 made him realize the potential crisis in his seemingly good prospect. After graduated from university, Ngai Ching worked as a primary school teacher and later set up a tuition school, but the couple felt those were not the lifestyle they expected. With the guidance from Ngai Loon's brother, they joined Amway in 2005 and became Diamond Direct Distributors in 2009.

They believe there is a great potential in the Amway business and the market as a whole. With the business opportunity Amway provides, anyone can succeed if they are willing to put in the effort for several years. Sharing a common goal, the couple learnt to appreciate each other and understand more about each other when facing various challenges. Flexible working schedule also allows them to witness the growth of their two sons.
