Double Diamond Direct Distributor
Lo Paul & Paula
Paula and Paul joined Amway in May 1980. Through their efforts all these years, their business gets bigger and bigger. Their daughter has also given up her wealth management customer relationship job at a bank to develop the Amway business and has achieved good result. More importantly, the couple learned to be sincere, enthusiastic and not to ask for reward. They wanted to help people in need when they had the ability, and that was the beginning of their involvement in social service in the past 10 years.
"Amway Distributors are competent and professional volunteers because they are good listeners, caring for others' feeling and putting themselves into others' position," the couple said. Besides helping people in need, voluntary work also gains them satisfaction, knowledge and broadens their visions, helping them understand "Being simple is happy" and cherish what they have.
"Amway offers us time freedom to help people in need in the society and provides a platform for people to develop their personal career, granting them financial freedom and security in living, thus realizing the company's ideal – Helping people live better lives. To be a successful Amway leader, we need to be both strong and gentle in order to build up team harmony. When we make decisions, we need to be strong and firm, but when our teammates encounter difficulties and are discouraged or even want to give up, we need to encourage and support them, giving them guidance."
