- There are now 450 items of quality products using Amway's brand name. These
include personal care products, health and fitness products, home care and
home technology products as well as other services.
- Amway has obtained over 800 patents and 600 patents pending.
- The Quality Control Department of Amway has employed more than 100 professionals
and can conduct 400,000 tests and assessments each year to ensure the quality
of both the raw materials and products are up to the required standards.
- Amway has worked jointly together with 75 universities and the related
scientific reports are published in more than 200 publications.
- Amway's liquid product manufacturing line can fill up, seal, label and
pack 215 bottles per minutes. That is, it can produce 90,000 bottles in every
8 hours.
- Amway has stopped using CFC for its aerosols since 1978 to protect the
environment.
- All Amway products have used concentrated formulas in order to get more
value for money. The solid wastes produced from Amway products are 50-70%
less than those from other brands.
